This policy explains how Voron Print It Forward (PIF) handles your data on this website.
What we collect
- From Discord when you sign in: your user ID, username and verified email address.
- From the request form: your country, zip or postal code, build options, notes and notification preference.
- From printers and administrators: internal comments they add to your request, which aren't shown on your account page.
- Automatically: server logs and, if you accept analytics cookies, analytics data. Both are described below.
We don't collect your full shipping address on this website. If you send it to your printer on Discord, that exchange is outside this policy.
How we use it
We use your data to sign you in, process your request, match you with a printer, send notifications, prevent duplicate requests and keep the service running.
Who can see it
- Approved PIF printers and administrators can see requests, including email, Discord details, country and postal code.
- Discord provides sign-in and delivers Discord notifications. Your username and ID can appear in an internal PIF audit channel when a request is deleted or unassigned.
- Amazon Web Services hosts the service and its data, and sends our emails.
- If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics receives usage data about your visit.
- Google Fonts, jsDelivr and the jQuery CDN receive your IP address when they serve files to your browser.
We don't sell your data. These services may process it outside your country, including in the United States.
Cookies and browser storage
We use a cookie and browser storage to keep you signed in, and a temporary cookie to protect the sign-in process. Google Analytics cookies are optional and only set if you accept them.
How long we keep it
- Requests have no automatic expiry and stay on record after your set ships, which also prevents duplicate requests.
- Server logs are kept for 60 days. They can contain your email, Discord details, IP address and sign-in data.
- Deleted records can remain in database backups for up to 35 days.
Your choices
You can delete your own request from your account page until it is assigned to a printer. To access, correct or delete your data in any other case, message rogerlz or open an admin ticket on Discord.

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above.
